This agreement is between you and RMKSOUND Oy ("RMKSOUND", Ilmajoki, Finland) and governs your use of RMKSOUND desktop and mobile applications (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept these terms.
When you purchase a license, RMKSOUND grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) computers that you own or control. The license is a one-time purchase: it does not expire, and updates to the Software are included at no extra charge. A trial version may be used free of charge for the stated trial period.
Audio files you open, edit, or export with the Software are yours. RMKSOUND claims no rights to your content, and the Software never uploads your audio anywhere.
Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and refunds under its own terms. If something doesn't work, contact riku@rmksound.net first — most problems can be fixed.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. RMKSOUND does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for testing the Software in your own environment before relying on it in production or performance use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMKSOUND's total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license. RMKSOUND is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor the statutory rights of consumers.
This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the Software. Sections 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the district court of RMKSOUND's domicile, or, if you are a consumer, in the court required by mandatory consumer law.
