RECINDX is a multitrack audio recorder for iOS. This policy explains what the app does with your data. In short: your recordings stay on your device, and the developer never receives them.
None. RECINDX has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no user accounts. The developer does not collect, receive, or store any personal data.
Audio you record is written to the app's own storage on your device. Recordings are visible to you in the Files app and are included in your device backups if you have backups enabled. They are never uploaded anywhere by the app.
RECINDX asks for microphone permission solely to record audio when you press record. The microphone is not used at any other time.
To suggest a name for a recording, the app analyses the audio using Apple's on-device Sound Analysis framework. This analysis happens entirely on your device. No audio is sent to the developer or to any third party.
When you use AirDrop or the share sheet, you choose the recipient and the file is handed to the system share service. The developer is not involved and receives nothing.
The Pro unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment and provides the app only with the fact that a purchase exists. The developer never sees your payment details.
The app may query Apple's public App Store lookup service to see whether a newer version is available. This request contains only the app's bundle identifier.
RECINDX is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address.
